Vegetation as a starting point and integration of the house, through a play of perforated screens invaded by nature, generates different levels of privacy depending on the uses created within the house. Openings towards the bedrooms, enclosure towards service spaces, and semi-opening in the family area define the perforation relationships of the openings.

The central staircase, supported by braces that serve as a railing, surrounds a tree, and the entire core functions as a light cube for the interior of the entire house.
