Project developed in collaboration with the Spanish studio Cadaval & Solá Morales, which they developed the concept and we took said project to the executive level, which consists of 87 apartments of various types spread over 07 levels, which are set back by gaining more height the complex, and live around a central patio, located on its ground floor and which connects directly to the public thoroughfare.

The façade is developed with prefabricated elements based on hammered concrete, giving a petrified monolithic image to the volume.
